The Higher Institute of Management (ISG) and the Local Content Association of Mozambique (ACLM) are formalizing a partnership in Maputo today aimed at promoting the development of local skills, with a focus on strengthening technical and higher education in Mozambique.
As part of this initiative, 15 scholarships will be awarded to young Mozambicans under the local content program. These include five scholarships for technical and professional secondary education, four for undergraduate degrees, and six for the MBA program, marking a significant step toward enhancing local capacity.
According to ACLM president Elthon Chemane, the partnership not only benefits the youth but will also contribute directly to the country’s economic and social transformation. “We believe that by investing in education and skills development, we are laying a solid foundation for a more inclusive and prosperous future,” he emphasized.
