CTA President Agostinho Vuma has been transferred from the Heart Institute in Maputo to a hospital in neighbouring South Africa.
A trusted source from the Confederation of Economic Associations of Mozambique told ‘O País’ that the transfer took place on Friday night.
Asked about the condition of the president of the Confederation of Economic Associations of Mozambique, the CTA source said that Vuma was well, and that his transfer to South Africa was for corrective surgery.

Agostinho Vuma was shot on Saturday, July 11, by individuals so far unidentified as he left his office on Avenida Josina Machel in the Mozambican capital.
