Workers of the former Companhia do Búzi in Sofala will receive compensation from new owner, Açucareira do Búzi.
The sugar company has been paralysed for several years, mainly due to the obsolescence of equipment.
In all, 256 workers are covered. About eighty of them may be rehired by the new employer.
