Mozambique: About 500 return from China due to coronavirus – report

The number of people returning from China to Mozambique due to the coronavirus outbreak tends to increase, O País reports
In the last few weeks alone, the National Migration Service (Senami) has registered the return to the country of approximately 500 individuals. Out of this number, 200 are Mozambican citizens, mostly students.
Speaking at the usual weekly briefing, Senami’s spokesman said more than 100 illegal immigrants of Malawian, Pakistani and Bengali nationalities had been repatriated.
