With a forecast of light rains, cloudy skies and wind blowing, sometimes gusty, the National Institute of Meteorology predicts mild to hot temperatures in some cities in the country.
The cities of Maputo, Xai-Xai, Inhambane and Vilankulo may record maximum temperatures of 24, 24, 29 and 30 degrees Celsius and minimum temperatures of 17, 19, 22 and 22 respectively.
For the cities of Beira, Chimoio, Tete and Quelimane, the forecast is for highs of 31, 36, 41 and 36 degrees and lows of 21, 18, 23 and 21.
The cities of Nampula, Pemba and Lichinga could record highs of 34, 29 and 27 degrees and lows of 19, 21 and 13.
