Secretary of State for Sofala province, Stela Pinto Novo Zeca, said that the conditions were in place for the demilitarisation of the group.
“We want to draw your attention here to the support in the communities for this reintegration process. These citizens were displaced from their families, outside of this normal and natural coexistence. The government is also thinking of various programmes that these citizens can engage in, such as economic activities, but it is very important that everyone accepts these individuals back into the community, so that they can quickly reintegrate and contribute to the development of the community, their provinces, and the country,” she said.
