Mozambicans win international technology competition

UX, a Mozambican company which develops online technologies in Mozambique, has won the Global Innovation Competition for technology.
The award ceremony took place in the Ghanaian capital, Accra, where the group was awarded the prize for the best technology to focus on public participation and citizen engagement in Africa and Asia.
In the competition final, 15 companies selected from more than 300 candidates presented their projects to the jury and audience. Competitors were selected with a view to their potential for expansion into other markets.
