Mozambicans’ passage to India now comes with an e-Visa

As a result of increased demand, the Indian embassy in Maputo has begun issuing electronic visas for Mozambicans intending visiting the subcontinent.
Over a hundred Mozambicans travel to India every month.
Apart from students attending higher education institutions, an average of ten Mozambican a day depart for India. Commerce is the most common reason for visits, followed by healthcare services.
With over 1.2 billion inhabitants and advanced technology potential in almost all economic areas, India holds great attraction for Mozambicans.
