A total of 58 employees of Mozambique’s National Institute of Social Security (INSS) received training in detecting fraud and irregularities, the government said in a statement today.
The training included “cadres from various institutions under the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security” in Maputo.
The initiative results from the recent detection of 1,097 cases of procedural irregularities in the course of the process of digital migration of information from pensioners to a database, he adds.
