Mozambique Elections: Constitutional Council invites president of Podemos to meeting today

Mozambican President Filipe Nyusi today named Helena Taipo as ambassador to Angola and São Tomé and Príncipe and dismissed Santos Álvaro from his post, the presidency of the Republic announced in a statement today.
In order to become Mozambican ambassador to Angola, Helena Taipo was dismissed from the post of governor of Sofala province, central Mozambique.
Before being appointed Governor of Sofala, Helena Taipo had served as Minister of Labour from 2005 to 2010.
