Mozambican currency appreciates against the Euro

The Mozambican currency appreciated last week against the Euro for the first time, following six weeks in a row of the Metical dropping against the Eiro.
Buy average last week for the Euro was 71.44 meticais, 25 metical cents less than last week.
Average Euro selling price was 72.76 meticais, 32 cents cheaper, according to the weekly averages calculated by Lusa from Bank de Mozambique figures.
The average purchase price of the Euro ranged between 71.15 and 71.66 meticais, while the asking price ranged between 72.48 and 73.07 meticais.
