Macuácua keeps shining in Portugal and breaks Mozambique's 10000 metres record

Mozambican boxers Alcinda Panguana and Rady Gramane qualified for the semi-finals at the Commonwealth Games on Wednesday (03-08).
Their qualification guarantees the country at least two bronze medals.
In yesterday’s bouts, Panguana beat Cameroonian Clotilde Essiane by unanimous decision, while Rady Gramane eliminated English Kerry Davis from the medals.
The Mozambicans return to the ring on Saturday (06-08) for the semi-finals of the competition in Birmingham.
Alcinda Panguana faces Australia’s Kaye Francea Scott in the 66-70 kg category, and Rady Gramane faces Nigerian Jacinta Umunnakwe in the 70-75 kg category.
