Mozambique: Defence Ministry says military registration target surpassed

After about a year and a half under a mandatory curfew regime in response to the armed attacks in Cabo Delgado, resident of the municipal town of Mocimboa da Praia are again circulating normally at night-time.
Although life has returned to normal, the district government continues to call for moderation and ongoing vigilance.
According to our reporting team, the Defence and Security Forces locally are still, despite the return to normalcy, holding themselves in readiness to maintain law and order.
