Millennium bim voted best bank in Mozambique again

Millennium bim has once again been recognised for its performance in the Mozambican banking sector, winning the ‘Best Bank of Mozambique 2018’ award for the 9th consecutive time.
The prize is awarded annually by Global Finance magazine, an international reference in financial market information and banking sector analysis.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Millennium bim Rui Fonseca says: “this distinction reflects the Bank’s contribution to the socio-economic development of the country, which for more than 20 years has actively promoted the ‘bankization’ of the population in all provinces of the country.”
With 1.8 million clients, Millennium bim is Mozambique’s largest financial group, and the first Mozambican bank to appear among the 100 largest banks in Africa, currently occupying 56th position.
