Airlink resumes flights to Mozambique's Nampula - Watch
A group of nine armed individuals entered the village of Milamba in the coastal district of Macomia, Cabo Delgado province, at 10:00 p.m. yesterday, October 24, and ransacked a shop, stealing bags of rice, sugar and torches.
Our correspondent in the district says that, as they were leaving, the individuals menaced the population with their firearms and burnt down another home and shop.
Government troops arrived within a few hours. It is believed that this was another in the series of insurgent actions blighting the province.
