MDM winning Beira, but with Renamo-Frelimo majority in assembly – Mozambique Elections, CIP

MDM has 46% of the vote in Beira with 86% counted, assuring that Daviz Simango will be re-elected mayor. But Frelimo with 29% and Renamo with 24% will have a majority in the assembly, and they could defeat the budget, forcing another election.
