Mozambique: Frelimo salutes OMM on its 52nd anniversary

MDM has 46% of the vote in Beira with 86% counted, assuring that Daviz Simango will be re-elected mayor. But Frelimo with 29% and Renamo with 24% will have a majority in the assembly, and they could defeat the budget, forcing another election.
