Matola: Transit at EN4 with restrictions this weekend

Traffic on National Road Number 4 (EN4) in Matola, Maputo province, will be restricted this weekend to permit the reinforcing of the Maquinag bridge.
Traffic flow will be disrupted for a minimum of seven hours, Trans African Concessions maintenance director Fenias Mazive explained
“We will have to restrict traffic for seven to fourteen hours as we think this is the minimum time necessary for us to place the beams, after which we will restore normal circulation,” he said
Mazive added that, in some sections of the EN4, the number of lanes will be reduced from the current six to four.
