Maputo: Defence Minister launches 25th of September Commemoration Week

The Minister of National Defence, Atanásio M’tumuke, is overseeing the launch of the week commemorating Mozambique Armed Forces Day, September25th, in Maputo today.
Several activities are scheduled, including sports and cultural activities, a photographic exhibition, a military health fair, an event on military typography and another on production logistics.
The 25th of September Commemoration Week is rolling out under the motto: “FADM, celebrating the 55th Anniversary of the Armed Struggle in Defence of the Homeland, Peacekeeping, and Towards the Country’s Development.”
