Consultations and admissions at Maputo Central Hospital Clinic will be more expensive from today.
The largest increase is that for general admission, rising from 4,500 meticais to 5,500 meticais.
Normal consultations have risen from 825 to 1,500 meticais, an increase of 675 meticais.
According to the new price list, a control consultation will cost 1500 meticais, and emergency consultations before 9:00pm 2,100 meticais and after 9:00pm and on weekends 2,100 meticias.
Emergency consultations with a private doctor will cost, according to Folha de Maputo, 10,000 (ten thousand) meticais.
