Mango processing plant opens in Morrumbene, Mozambique

A mango processing plant with a capacity to process about 48 tons of fruit per year has been opened in Morrumbene district, Inhambane province.
Estimated to have cost about seven million meticais (around US$142,000), the plant was built with funding from three Italian non-governmental organizations.
Bruno Comini, manager of the factory, points out that Morrumbene district is one of the biggest mango producers in Inhambane province.
