Malfunction forces emergency landing of military aircraft at Maputo airport

An Air Force Pilot School aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing at Maputo Airport yesterday, following a malfunction as it was preparing to land at the nearby air base.
A source from the pilot school said that the two occupants of the light plane were unhurt, but the incident resulted in minor damage to the craft as well as causing alarm among residents in the area.
