Lukashenko congratulates Mozambique president on re-election – Belarus

MINSK, 21 October (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated Mozambique President Filipe Nyusi on the sweeping victory of the ruling party in the general elections and his re-election to the high political post, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“The convincing support of citizens testifies to the correctness of the policy to strengthen the state and mobilse society to address pressing social and economic issues,” the message of greetings reads. “I hope that the relations of friendship and trust between Belarus and Mozambique will help harness the potential of bilateral cooperation in various sectors,” the message says.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Filipe Nyusi good health and successes in his role as the country leader.
