Mozambique: President extends condolences on passing of former Zambian President Edgar Lungu

The Minister of the Interior, Arsénia Felicidade Félix Massingue, recently swore into office members of staff taking on elevated positions of leadership and trust.
They are: Vicente Dino Chicote, as Sectorial General Inspector; Aniceto Isaltino Felizberto, Deputy Sectorial General Inspector; Felizardo Furruma Sede, Director General of the National Migration Service; Mário Pedro Cherindza, Deputy National Director of Civil Identification; Mércia Dulce Matavel , Head of the Autonomous Department of Acquisitions; and Joaquim Denguenhe and Efigènia Albertina Machava as Advisor and Assistant to the Minister, respectively.
Minister Massingue expressed high expectations of the nominees, saying: “I expect a lot of rigour. Do not consider these, as another post, but rather, added responsibility in which innovation and creativity are expected of you, to guarantee full compliance with the Economic, Social and State Budget Plan”.
Massingue urged those taking office to make good use of their respective work groups, ensuring that success in achieving goals, excellence and recognition resulted not only from individual effort, but from the combination of synergies and involvement of all employees.
