The Deputy Minister of State Administration and Public Service Inocencio Impissa has appealed to leaders in areas formerly occupied by terrorists to oversee the return of state officials and agents.
Deputy Minister Impissa says that the leaders must be the first to return to their posts, to create conditions for the return of others.
“The leaders have to be in the districts, which is what has been happening,” the deputy minister said. “It is the leaders who will create the minimum conditions, which were destroyed. We have also been having the return of civil servants and employees of the state. A good proportion of the employees, such as teachers, nurses and other employees, were reassigned after leaving their districts.”
Regarding the mobility of state officials and agents, Deputy Minister Impissa called for compliance with the rules established by law.
