Mozambican Airlines will this Sunday (December 15) start scheduled flights from the city of Beira to Pemba, Nampula, Tete and Lichinga.
The flights concerned will be direct, except for the Beira-Lichinga connection and vice versa, which will operate on Mondays and Wednesdays and have a technical stopover in Tete.
The Beira-Nampula route will operate on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and Beira-Pemba on Tuesdays and Sundays.
These links fulfil LAM’s goal of providing the market with more direct flight options on inter-provincial routes, where it previously only operated with stops at intermediate destinations.
The new flights will use a 29-seat Embraer 120 aircraft.
