LAM flight delayed as INAE inspector shuts down airplane toilet – Mozambique

According to INAE sources, LAM flight TM 1108, scheduled to leave Nampula at 7:35 pm, was delayed by more than half an hour when INAE inspector general Maria Rita Freitas, who was on the flight, was informed by a passenger about the situation of the toilet on the airplane.
Freitas immediately ordered the cabin crew to close the toilet as unfit for use.
According to Mediafax, the toilet that delayed the departure of the flight had serious problems with the drainage of liquid and solid waste.
