Kenya’s Faith Kipyegon broke her own 1,500 metres world record with a time of three minutes 48.68 seconds at the Eugene Diamond League meet on Saturday.
Kipyegon set her previous world mark of 3:49.04 at the Paris Diamond League meeting last July.
