Mozambique has just reported six more confirmed cases of Covid-19, bringing the number of cases so far detected in the country to 162.
The number of patients who have recovered stands at 48, with no deaths. Therefore, the number of active Covid-19 cases in the country stands at 114.
Between Wednesday (20) and Thursday (21) 286 more tests were performed in The National Institute of Heath and eight others in the private sector.
The six persons who tested positive for Covid-19 are Mozambican, four have no symptoms and two have mild symptoms of the disease.
Two of the newly diagnosed cases are from Maputo city, one is from Tete and three are from Cabo Delgado.
