A businessman was kidnapped near the ‘Comunidade Mahometana’ n Maputo city this Monday morning.
The alleged kidnappers followed the victim to his destination, from where they dragged him onto the public road, having fired a few shots in the air.
The National Criminal Investigation Service (SERNIC) has yet to comment.
