Mozambique: Prime Minister heads to China for Global Leaders’ Meeting on Women in Beijing

Mozambican President Filipe Nyusi today dismissed Fernanda Lichale as Mozambican ambassador to Portugal, reads a statement from the Presidency sent to Lusa.
Fernanda Lichale, who was sworn into office in 2014, still during the government of Armando Guebuza, will be replaced by Joaquim Bule, named today by the Mozambican head of state in a separate dispatch, according to the Presidency communique.
At the time of his appointment, Joaquim Bule was an adviser to the Mozambican interior minister, Jaime Basílio Monteiro, having previously served as Director of International Relations in the same ministry.
