The Hotel Terminus in Maputo opens its doors to jazz lovers this Thursday, with João Cabral and Zoco Dimande on the menu for the Women’s Day long weekend.
The live jazz sessions will take place in the Arriégua bar, the place to be if you want to have the most enjoyable afternoon ever and lay your work stress to rest.
The sessions will kick off with guitarist João Cabral, this Thursday (April 6). Cabral recently shared the stage with Jimmy Dludlu and North American Norman Brown in another Moments of Jazz, and will be playing hits from his River of Dreams album and songs from an album to be released later this year.
Another high-profile Mozambican Afro-Jazz interpreter slated to perform on Friday is Zoco Dimande, of the group Mabulo. A guitarist with a long career and author of the album “My Life”, he is sure to deliver his characteristic unforgettable performance.
Good music and an exciting evening are more than guaranteed at Hotel Terminus from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
