South Africa: Holgate Foundation embarks on Mozambique expedition with Land Rover Defender convoy
The National Institute of Meteorology (INAM) predicts the occurrence of intense heat in the provinces of Maputo and Gaza tomorrow Wednesday (August 1).
According to INAM, temperatures will rise to around 34 to 36 degrees Celsius.
In Maputo province, the most affected districts will be Matutuíne, Boane, Namaacha, Marracuene, Moamba, Magude, Manhiça and the cities of Maputo and Matola.
In Gaza province, the most affected districts will be Massangena, Chicualacuala, Massengir, Mabalene, Guijá, Bilene, Mandlakazi and the cities of Chókwé and Xai-Xai.
INAM warns of precautionary and safety measures.
