Emmanuel Kunde, linchpin of Cameroon's 1990 World Cup team, dies aged 68
Insurgents in Cabo Delgado on Friday night again raided the village of Litandacua, in Chai administrative post, Macomia district.
According to ‘Carta de Moçambique’ sources, no-one was killed, but the group burned down huts and looted goods.
Sources say that the group entered the village at around 9:00 p.m., while most of the population were still awake, making it possible for them to flee as soon as the insurgents’ presence was noted.
This is the second attack on the village in less than a week. On the previous occasion, the insurgents left four dead.
