India and Mozambique on Thursday adopted the Agreed Minutes after the successful conclusion of the 4th Joint Commission Meeting in Delhi.

José Condungua Pacheco adopted the Agreed Minutes after the successful conclusion of the 4th Joint Commission Meeting,” MEA spokesman Raveesh Kumar tweeted.
In another missive, he said: “Forging strategic and special relationship……Held detailed discussions on cooperation in commercial, investment, defence, development and social sectors”.
