The National Inspection of Economic Activities (INAE) closed the Maputo Waterfront Restaurant, known simply as the ‘Waterfront’, for hygiene irregularities yesterday.
Despite almost 15 years serving customers from the country’ capital and beyond, the Waterfront proved unable to resist the current INAE campaign, which aims to clean up the catering sector in Mozambique’s major cities.
