The Ministry of Culture and Tourism, through the National Institute of Tourism in partnership with the Mozambican Federation of Tourism and Hospitality is launching a campaign to reclassify tourism enterprises.
According to a press release sent to Folha De Maputo, the campaign will run for 20 days and is aimed at encouraging hotel managers to offer quality services that guarantee attractive competition in the sector.
“The campaign, which in this first phase focuses on the city and province of Maputo, is carried out door-to-door, verbally, in an attempt to raise awareness of compliance with the requirements established by law, within the scope of a hotel classification exercise,” the statement reads.
