Higher Institute of Defence Studies: New Commander and Deputy Commander to be sworn in

President Nyusi will today swear into office Major-General Samuel Luluva as Commander of the Lieutenant General Armando Emílio Guebuza Higher Institute of Defence Studies (ISEDEF) and Brigadier David Roai Koriasse Munongoro as Deputy-Commander.
In the same ceremony, the head of state will promote colonels Samuel Luluva to Major-General and Aldo Roberto Malaquias Fumo to Brigadier.
