Hidden debts: Nine defendants arrested

All the remaining defendants of the hidden debts case were arrested today, including Renato Matusse, Zulficar Ali Ahmad, Cipriano Mutota, Crimildo Manjate, Mbanda Anabela Henning, Khessaujee Pulchand, Simião Mahumane, Naimo Quimbine and Marcia de Caifaz Namburete.
This group joins the other 10 defendants who were arrested at the beginning of the year.
The arrests take place 10 days after the public prosecutor submitting the final charges to the Maputo City Court, currently awaiting the order of the judge of the case, Evandra Uamusse, who will announce who is going to trial.
