The Mozambican government on Monday launched an international call for tenders to provide consultancy services for the Mphanda Nkuwa dam project, it has been officially announced.
The dam, to be built on the Zambezi river, has been under consideration for many years, and could be the biggest in the country after Cahora Bassa.
