Mozambique and Botswana agree on closer ties - Watch

The General Commander of the Mozambican Police, Jorge Khálau, and the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jeremiah Machaieie, retired this Saturday, having been moved the Reserve forces on orders issued on Friday by the President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi.
Jorge Khaláu had been appointed General Commander of the Mozambican Police on Dezember 17 2008, by former president Armando Guebuza, and had been dismissed on March 2 2016, by president Fiipe Nyusi.
In another order, president Nyusi has promoted Generals Anguilasse Manda, Bernado Chicoco, Ernesto Guambe, Julio Bonicela and Zito Maconha to the rank of Deputy Commissioners of Police.
