Mozambique: Molotov cocktails seized in Beira

A major fire caused by an electrical short circuit broke out on Sunday at Buzi rural hospital in Sofala province.
The incident affected 11 departments, with the flames affecting the operating room, emergency room, radiology and physiotherapy rooms, medicines storage facilities and hospital offices.
Buzi district permanent secretary Adamo Abdula told Rádio Moçambique that due to the incident, some services were temporarily suspended, but with the exception of the radiology department, the hospital was otherwise operating normally.
Buzi District Health Services is to carry out a full assessment of the damage caused by the fire.
