Mozambique: Selling masks at main hospital supports families
Ethiopian Airlines Aircraft
Two aircraft (Boeing 738, with 154 seats, and another Q400) are already on their way to Mozambique, with which Ethiopian Mozambique Airlines decided to respond to an operational crisis caused by the failure in less than a week of its two Bombardiers Q 400 Next G, one in Tete and another in Beira, according to the electronic news diary “Carta”.
The newspaper received images of the departure of the Addis aircraft yesterday afternoon, with Boeing having landed in Maputo at 20h00.
“Carta” writes that the EMA decided to give back to a perception that was already taking root that it did not embrace the Mozambican market with seriousness. With the arrival of the new aircraft, EMA will now have four handsets based in Maputo. The new aircraft already carry the local flag and the name “Ethiopian Mozambique”
Redi Yesuf Muktar, the EMA CEO, gave an interview to “Carta”, where he explained part of the strategy to grab the market and says “Nacala is a matter of time.”
