In Tete, the Provincial Directorate of Migration is strengthening operational capacity at crossing points in this region of the country, to ensure prompt service for users during Easter.
The information was shared by the spokesperson for the Provincial Directorate of Migration in Tete, Henrique Duce, who stated that the initiative also aims to prevent border violations over the Easter period.
Tete province shares borders with Malawi and Zambia to the north and west, and Zimbabwe to the southwest.
Tete province has border crossing points at Chingozi (airport) Tete City, Songo (aeródrome), Cuchamano, Cassacatiza, Calomué, Zobwé, Mocumbura, Biri-Biri, Vila Nova de Fronteira and Zumbo.
