Mozambique: Government aims to increase foreign exchange flow by US$500 million

The construction of a new EN1 national road bridge over the River Save begins this week.
The project, valued at about 1.8 billion meticais, is funded by the Chinese government.
The works consist of filling holes, general reconstruction and the resealing of the Pambara-Save, Save-Caia and Lúrio-Metoro River sections.
Minister of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources, João Machatine promised that the work would be completed by September of next year.
