Chókwè Agro-Industrial Complex in Gaza has run up an electricity bill of more than one million meticais, forcing state electricity utility EDM to cut supplies three months ago.
The plant’s mechanical and electrical technicians warn that the situation, if prolonged, could damage sensitive equipment.
