Mozambique: Government to boost contribution of logistics to GDP

Visits to the pavilions, thematic seminars, business exchanges and the delivery of certificates to the State Owned Enterprises (SEE) mark the fifth day of the 59th edition of the Maputo International Fair (FACIM-2024).
The day is reserved for presenting Mozambique’s potential to the world. The SEE Pavilion will address topics such as “Emergency Service”, “Dynamizing Local Content” and the delivery of certificates to companies in the State business sector.
Other topics for debate are: “Impact of laboratory analysis for verifying food quality and safety”; “Impact of soil analysis, fertilisers and pesticides on agricultural production”; “Importance of laboratory tests in the certification of agro-processed products”; and “Quality control”.
The Industrialization pavilion will debate Industrial and Technological Development as Vectors for the Socioeconomic Sustainability of Mozambique; Role of Industrial Parks in the Sustainable Development of Mozambique; Strengthening Mozambique’s Digital Infrastructure for Sustainable Industrial and Technological Growth; Mozal – “Nhluvuko Project”; Youth Employability: What is going wrong?, plus Digital Transformation, Biotechnology and Carbon Credit.
