South Africa’s Olympic gold medalist Caster Semenya married her girlfriend at the weekend.
The 800m women’s champion, who has endured a row over her gender, wore an embroidered jacket and gold breeches as she married Violet Raseboya, who wore a white dress.
She described the event as “our perfect day” as she shared several photos on social media.
