Police in Nampula have publicly presented, in the district of Mogincual, Nampula province, a member of the insurgent group terrorising districts in Cabo Delgado province, TVM reports.
Aly Atumane, a 20-year-old fisherman, was recruited four months ago by his uncle, with guarantees of continuing fishing in Mocimboa da Praia district, the same source adds.
