Nampula citizens demand that justice be done, O Páis reports.
Residents of Nampula took to the streets to protest against the death of their mayor, Mahamudo Amurane.
In an uprising, the population has placed barricades in Avenida Eduardo Mondlane, and is burning tyres in the streets.
Some young people mobilised and dressed in black today, demanding that justice be done.
