Further to the closure in May by the INAE of the Maputo Waterfront restaurant, substantial refurbishment, particularly in food production areas, has taken place.
As a result, the follow-up inspection by the INAE on Tuesday resulted in the removal of the “closed by INAE” sign, and the official letter allowing the resumption of trading was received yesterday (Thursday).
Staff and management at the restaurant are looking forward to welcoming regulars and new clients back from today, a press release received at Club of Mozambique reports.
